Ingredients
  

For the drinks
  • 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger Used in ginger lemon tea
  • 1 tea bag peppermint tea Used in peppermint tea 'reset'
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds Used in fennel seed tea
  • 1/2 cucumber cucumber, sliced Used in cucumber lemon water
  • 1 slice lemon Used for flavor in several drinks
  • 1 cup pineapple Used in pineapple ginger 'smooth sip'
  • 1 pinch salt Used in warm lemon water
  • 3 slices ginger Used in chamomile tea with ginger
  • 1 cup water Base for all drinks

Method
 

Preparation of drinks
  1. For Ginger Lemon Tea: Boil water, add freshly grated ginger, steep for 7 minutes. Add lemon juice at the end and sip warm.
  2. For Peppermint Tea 'Reset': Steep peppermint tea bag for 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. For Fennel Seed Tea: Crush fennel seeds, cover with hot water, steep for 10 minutes, and strain if desired.
  4. For Cucumber Lemon Water: Slice cucumber and lemon, add to a pitcher with cold water, and let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  5. For Pineapple Ginger 'Smooth Sip': Blend pineapple, a small chunk of ginger, and water or coconut water until smooth.
  6. For Warm Lemon Water with Salt: Warm water, add lemon juice and a small pinch of salt.
  7. For Chamomile Tea with Ginger: Steep chamomile with ginger slices.
