Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds Start with 1 to 2 teaspoons if you are new to it.
  • 12-16 oz water Use filtered water for best taste.
  • 1/2 lemon juice of lemon Adjust the amount of lemon to taste.
  • 1/4 cup raspberries Can use fresh or thawed frozen raspberries.
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup Optional sweetener.
  • a pinch salt Helps with hydration.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add raspberries to a glass and lightly mash them with a fork.
  2. Pour in water and lemon juice. Stir well.
  3. Sprinkle in chia seeds while stirring to avoid clumping.
  4. Wait for 5 minutes, then stir again.
  5. Let it sit for another 10 to 15 minutes until thickened to your liking.
  6. Taste and adjust with more lemon or sweetener as needed.

Notes

For best texture, stir twice during the preparation. Cold storage helps flavor and texture.
