  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds High in fiber and omega-3.
  • ½ cup frozen berries Packed with antioxidants.
  • 1 teaspoon honey Optional sweetener.
  • ½ teaspoon grated ginger Helps reduce bloating.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add almond milk to the blender first.
  2. Add yogurt or kefir.
  3. Add banana and berries.
  4. Add chia seeds and ginger.
  5. Blend for 30–45 seconds until smooth.
