Ingredients
  

Ginger Lemon Tea
  • 1 thumb fresh ginger sliced
  • 1 cup hot water for steeping
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional
  • 1 slice lemon squeezed
Peppermint Tea
  • 1 teabag peppermint tea or loose leaves
  • 1 cup water for steeping
Aloe Lime Cooler
  • 1-2 tablespoons food grade aloe vera juice start small
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 lime juiced
  • ice cubes optional
Cucumber Mint Water
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • a few leaves mint
Warm Cinnamon Water
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon stirred into warm water
  • 1 cup warm water
  • vanilla optional splash
Apple Cider Vinegar Tonic
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar mix into water
  • 12 ounces water
  • 1 slice lemon optional
Kefir Smoothie
  • 1 cup kefir
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • a few cubes ice
Kombucha Spritzer
  • 1/2 cup kombucha
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water
  • 1 slice lime squeezed
Berry Chia Refresher
  • 1 handful berries mashed
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Golden Turmeric Latte
  • 1 cup milk of choice warmed
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • a pinch black pepper
  • a little cinnamon optional sweetener
