Ingredients

  • 2-3 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger (or 1/2 teaspoon powdered)
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric (fresh grated or powdered)
  • pinch black pepper helps absorb turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 2-3 tablespoons water to thin the mixture
The Afternoon Hydration Elixir
  • 1 glass water (still or sparkling) base for the drink
  • big squeeze lime
  • tiny pinch sea salt
  • splash coconut water for electrolytes
  • cucumber slices (optional) for added refreshment
  • drizzle honey (optional) for sweetness
The Evening Soothing Tonic
  • 1 mug water or unsweetened almond milk base for the drink
  • a little turmeric
  • a little cinnamon
  • small slice fresh ginger
  • plain kefir (optional, served on the side) to add probiotics

Method
 

Preparation of The Morning Radiance Shot
  1. Stir all ingredients in a small glass. If using fresh ginger and turmeric, shaking in a jar can help mix better.
  2. Sip slowly and rinse your mouth after as turmeric can cling to teeth.
Preparation of The Afternoon Hydration Elixir
  1. In a tall glass, combine water, a squeeze of lime, sea salt, and coconut water.
  2. Add cucumber slices or honey if desired.
Preparation of The Evening Soothing Tonic
  1. Warm the mug of water or almond milk.
  2. Stir in turmeric, cinnamon, and fresh ginger. Let it sit for a few minutes.
  3. Strain if desired, and take probiotic support separately.
