Preparation
- Brew your roasted dandelion root tea or chicory coffee substitute strong.
- Warm your almond milk or coconut milk in a small pot or microwave until hot but not boiling.
- Add cinnamon and salt to the warm milk, then froth it.
- Pour the brewed tea into your favorite mug, stir in sweetener if using, then spoon or pour the frothy milk on top.
- For iced version, brew strong, let cool, then shake with milk in a jar.
Notes
Experiment with different types of milk for frothing. If you're sensitive to chicory inulin, start with lower amounts.
