  • 1/4 cup orange juice Fresh squeezed is recommended for vitamin C.
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons lime juice Start with 1 tablespoon if sensitive.
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt Adjust to taste if needed.
Optional Add-Ins
  • to taste cream of tartar For additional potassium.
  • to taste honey Only if sweetness is desired.
  • as desired sparkling water For a fizzy drink.

Preparation
  1. Add coconut water, orange juice, and lime juice to a glass.
  2. Sprinkle in the sea salt.
  3. Stir well until the salt dissolves.
  4. Taste the mixture; adjust salt or coconut water to balance flavor.
  5. Add ice if desired and enjoy slowly.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. You can prepare by mixing coconut water and juices in advance, but add salt right before drinking for the best flavor.
