Ingredients
  

Warm Lemon Water
  • 1 half Lemon Squeezed into warm water
  • 8 ounces Warm water Heated until warm, not boiling
  • a pinch Salt Optional for dehydration
Chia Water
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds Let sit for 15 minutes in water
  • 10-12 ounces Water Stir and wait for gel formation
Prune Juice Spritzer
  • 4 ounces Prune juice Mixed with water
  • 4 ounces Cold water For dilution
  • a squeeze Lemon For flavor
Ginger Tea
  • 1 inch Ginger root Sliced for simmering
  • 2 cups Water For brewing tea
  • to taste Honey Optional for sweetness
Aloe Vera Juice
  • 2 ounces Food grade aloe vera juice Diluted in water
Kefir or Yogurt Drink
  • 1 cup Plain kefir or yogurt Blended with water to desired consistency
  • a pinch Cinnamon Optional for flavor
Flax Tea
  • 1 tablespoon Ground flaxseed Stirred in hot water
  • 1 cup Hot water Let sit for 5 minutes

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare each drink as follows: Warm lemon water, combine ingredients and stir.
  2. For chia water, stir chia seeds into water and let it sit to gel.
  3. For prune juice spritzer, mix prune juice and water, then add lemon.
  4. For ginger tea, simmer sliced ginger in water, strain, and add honey if desired.
  5. For aloe vera juice, follow product instructions for dilution.
  6. For kefir drink, blend kefir or yogurt with water, adding cinnamon if desired.
  7. For flax tea, stir ground flaxseed into hot water, let it sit, then stir again before drinking.
Timing
  1. In the morning, opt for warm lemon water or ginger tea to aid digestion.
  2. At night, consider chia water or kefir for gentle overnight support.

Notes
